some scrapping and lots of photos

a beautiful sunday with lots of time to scrap....
So far I have done these two pages today, the first one is using my awesome 3 bugs tool time kit from SFS - it is for Emma's 54321 challenge at Savvy
this is for the August 123 challenge
Word - sunshine
Dminant colour - yellow
technique - misting
and it has been a very busy week for our little family.....
I had a very emotional wednesdayat work, meeting with some lovely new mum's in the saddest way possible :(
it was also the day before Hamish's 10th birthday which made it even harder.
Thursday the big birthday came around very quickly this year, and I was very lucky to have my sister Carla and cute nephew Rhys over for the day.
It was also Izzy's "open day" at ballet - the only day of the year we are able to stay and watch until the big concert at the end of the year....she was soooooo cute!!
she might be a little bit wild to be a prima ballerina (check out the knees of her new stockings!)
but the way she masters the "wriggly rockets" is just adorable!!
after dancing we went to the cemetery and delivered balloons for our little man....
it was soooooo windy, we decided to dismantle them so the kids could let them fly up to heaven
There were only 2 coloured balloons left after one burst and Cayle accidentally let the other one go! we left the big batman one on the grave for Hamish....
the kids are always so sweet on this day....they say they miss their big brother even though they never met him, I'm gladthey still consider him part of our life
Rhys had a wonderful time, he thought it was a fab place!
A family photo -
no the picture isn't crooked, Hamish's grave has sunk, we will have to do something about it *sigh*
We were joined for dinner that night by our wonderful family - Mum & Dad, Carla & Rhys, Bronny & Will & Tresne and Carly.
the next day (friday) we ended our week on a high note with the school calling me in the morning to let me know my baby boy was receiving the student of the week award at assembly!! I was so happy, I knew how much it would mean to declan with his struggling confidence at school, and he was so excited....I cried when they called me on the phone, but kept it together for the assembly ;)
congratulations Decky, no one deserved this award more than you xoxo
thats all for now! good on you if you have made it to the bottom of this post LOL
Thanks for visiting xxx Kate

Love Love Love your pics this week dear. Your kids are beautiful in every way. Hamish is always in our hearts and thoughts, 10 years feels like a life time ago but the emotion it brings feels like yesterday. A gorgeous little man. Love you heaps, from Amy xxxx
